  • Gnocchi with Black Truffles

  • Ingredients:

    -2 cups Potato Gnocchi

    -2 tablespoons olive oil

    -1/2 cup black truffle, grated

    -1 tablespoon minced garlic

    -1/4 cup chopped parsley

    -2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

    -Salt and pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi to the boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes or until they are cooked through. Drain the gnocchi and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the black truffle and cook for 1 minute.   • Ingredients:

    -1 package of Tagliolini Egg Pasta Nests with Black Truffle

    -1/4 cup butter 

    -1/4 cup white truffle oil

    -Salt and pepper, to taste 

    -2 cloves garlic, minced 

    -1/4 cup white wine 

    -1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 

    -1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    Instructions:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the taglierini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 2 minutes, until fragrant. Add the white truffle oil, salt and pepper and white wine. Simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cooked taglierini and toss to combine. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve hot. Enjoy!
