Tita Italia offers 4 shipping options for domestic orders via UPS:
StandardGround (6-8 Business Day) – FREE on orders over $150.00
Expedite Ground (4-5 Business Day) - $9.99
2-Business Day Air - $19.90 (For orders placed before 12 P.M. Monday-Friday EST)
Next Business Day - $29.90 (For orders placed before 12 P.M. Monday-Friday EST)
DISCLAIMER: Any online order placed after 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship out any items over the weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) or on Federal holidays. For instance, if you place your order on Friday after 12:00 pm EST, we will process and ship your order on Monday via the delivery method you have selected. Also, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Because definite delivery times may be subject to scenarios beyond our control such as order confirmation, adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, Tita Italia cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery date and time. If the shipment is time-critical and you need your items by a specific date, we advise choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 2 business day grace period to account for any possible unforeseen delivery complications. To ensure that we send you the freshest possible products, we ship perishable items in a Styrofoam-insulated box with ice packs. The boxes and ice packs are specifically designed to keep all perishable items safe and fresh.
It is highly recommended that someone be available to obtain the delivery, sign for the package, and immediately refrigerate perishable items upon arrival.

Our goal is to ensure 100% satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days of the order confirmation date for a full product refund. Credit will not be permitted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging undamaged for any possible returns.
Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise is received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
With our 7-day "No Hassle" policy, we will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Items returned MUST be in perfect condition, AND in the original packaging. We ship all orders containing perishable items (fresh and frozen truffles, caviar) only via FedEx Express. If your order includes perishable or combined perishable and non-perishable items, it will be shipped either Next Day or Second Day. Please provide a picture or appropriate documentation of the affected items to email@example.com.
Any perishable items such as truffles or caviar should be returned in a foam box and icepack via next day shipping. If perishable items are not shipped as instructed, the credit will not be approved. Any and all claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization will be issued; please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the claim is received and accepted, we will ship again new items or will issue a credit only after the merchandise will be received by our warehouse. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization.
