A extremely versatile condiment and sauce made with mushrooms, black olives and summer truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.). It is ready to use as is, or can be diluted with chicken stock, olive oil or cream and added to pasta, rice, egg dishes, cutlets, chicken breasts, and scaloppini. Another wonderful serving recommendation is slightly warmed, served on crostini or in canapé. Avoid overheating as it may interfere with the delicate flavor and aroma of the truffle.
