This is a refined, pale Rose that brings scents of country woods and preserved fruits.
It’s an overall balance of fragrance on the tongue and is recommended to be drunk throughout the meal.
The Rose is obtained from Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. It is an approachable wine with fine and persistent perlage and pairs well with pasta, meat, fish, and even better with charcuteries and cheeses.
The Antica Fratta Essence Rose won a gold metal at the 2016 National Champagne and Sparkling
Wines World Championships, along with an agreed panel score of 55.5 points.
