A semi-aromatic wine that is native to Langa, Nascetta is characterized by its yellow-gold color and fruity nose. The palate is fresh, with mineral and honey notes and has a nice grade of acidity. It’s a nice, medium body with a clean finish.
Nascetta Borea scored 90 points from the Wine Spectator. It is likened to the great wines of Rheine, according to historical texts.

Area of Production: Sinio, 403 m altitude, with exposure to the North.
Soil: Sandy, calcareous with sub-alkaline reaction and low nitrogen content.
Harvest time: Manual, some vintages will be different.
Vinification: Cold maceration, malolactic fermentation does not occur.
In the Cellar: Cold maceration for 72 hours with skins, aged in concrete vat with batonage.
Serving Temperature: 8-12 degrees C°
