Characterized as a crisp and refreshing wine, the Sauvignon is a dry white wine that has a lot of complexity to it. It leaves a zesty feel overall. Petrussa does not seek aromatic exasperations, but does have terrestrial notes to it. The tannins are moderate and the acidity is sharp.
