The Lugana is obtained exclusively from from the typical variety and carefully selected among the best grapes that are cultivated on the property. It is straw yellow in color with green reflexes and is best known for its pleasant fruity and citrus tones. With a fresh, crisp taste, it’d full-bodied and has a persistent, lingering aftertaste.
Lugana has scored 87 points from the Wine Spectator and has also been praised for its packaging.

Vinification: Partial cold maceration, partial malolactic fermentation
In the Cellar: Partial cold maceration for 12 hours, then alcoholic fermentation via yeasts at a controlled temperature.
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, first fish and veggie dishes, excellent with fish baked in foil, and ideal with white meats and veal.
